Minor Requirements

To complete the 24-credit hour minor, students will take three required courses (9 credits), four elective courses (12 credits) that closely align with their major and/or professional goals. Students complete the program with a 3-credit capstone practicum, but eligible students may instead elect to enroll in the 18-credit Professional Practicum in Law Enforcement as their capstone.

Students cannot earn a minor in Crime & Justice if they are majoring in Criminology.

NOTE: Sociology majors can only overlap 3 credits in this minor.
