The Connected Learning (CL) Curriculum

The Connected Learning general education curriculum at Bridgewater college consists of three main sections: the Connected Learning Sequence, Foundations of Connected Learning, and Ways of Learning. The CL Sequence consists of three courses that progressively build students’ ability to make and share connections. Foundations of CL include four requirements related to communication and quantitative abilities. Ways of Learning courses expose students to seven interdisciplinary approaches to exploring reality, providing students with diverse skills they can deploy in a variety of life contexts. The program requires students to complete between 33 and 46 semester credit hours, depending on placement scores, courses taken and potential overlap between categories.
